Dubai is preparing to host Borderless Melodies, a cultural and musical celebration featuring internationally acclaimed Pakistani Sufi singer Abida Parveen and renowned Indian singer and composer Kailash Kher on Friday, 13 November 2026, at Dubai World Trade Centre.
