Park Group all set to launch Park Beach Residence 2!

RAS AL KHAIMAH: After the successful launch of Park Beach Residence 1 in June, Park Group is all set to launch Park Beach Residence 2, also in Al Marjan Island, going a notch up in redefining luxury living.
With its strategic location, world-class amenities, and innovative payment plans, Park Beach Residence 2 is certainly the go to place for prospective buyers and investors.

Speaking of Ras Al Khaimah and its growth, Asif Jabar said Ras Al Khaimah is proving a tourism product for a lot of people 2005 onward.
The Park Group CEO feels that Al Marjan Island is the place to be. “Al Marjan Island already has a number of hotels and with the upcoming Wynn Resort and the major hotel groups setting up businesses there, it is bound to attract a large influx of holidaymakers.”
“One place having such a number of five-star hotels is brilliant. Other places don’t have this facility,” Asif Jabbar added.
“People from Dubai, in holidays – especially during Eid – head to Ras Al Khaimah to spend some quality time here,” he said. “When such a large number of people arrive at Al Marjan Island, obviously they will be accompanied by their staff and all.”
The current capacity at Al Marjan Island is 30,000 units and it is estimated that it will quickly grow to around 50,000, the Park Group CEO said.
He believes that whoever buys units or makes investments in Park Beach Residence 2 will only gain; “from rental income or when they decide to sell them as prices will only go up”.
Asif Jabbar said that whenever there’s boom in the real estate industry in Dubai, that upward trend is reflected in other areas such Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah as well.
“Each market has its own dynamics and likewise the Ras Al Khaimah market is attracting buyers from Russia and the rest of Europe – much more than from Pakistan and India,” he said.
The Park Group CEO also shared the news of the announcement of Park Beach Residence 3 and 4 in the near future.
