For lunch, Chival Global Social presents a carefully curated menu available at AED 95 per person. Guests can indulge in a selection of one starter and main course or one main course and dessert. Highlighted dishes include Shrimps with avocado, pineapple, cucumber and chili, Lamb Rump herb crust, broccolini and potato cream, Rigatoni Napolitano with tomato, olive, rosemary oil and more. The menu also features a selection of desserts that include Chocolate terrine with hazelnut praline and caramel ice cream and Poached Pears with vanilla ice cream, sable and chocolate brittle.
Chival Global Social is offering a special dinner menu for AED 150 per person, allowing guests to select one dish per course. The dinner begins with exquisite starters such as Calamari with saffron aioli and lemon, Bittersweet salad with endive, beets, goat’s cheese, blood orange and more. For the main course, guests can choose from dishes like Gnocchi with truffle, parmesan and broccolini, Beef Cheek Bourguignon with carrot and barley or Corn-fed Chicken Breast with fregola and crispy veal speck. To conclude the meal, guests can indulge in desserts like Chocolate terrine with hazelnut praline and caramel ice cream or Passion Fruit Tart with meringue and coconut ice cream.
